General
We understand the importance of data security and that is why we took every precaution we could. As parents ourselves, we want you to rest assured and have these points to give.
First, we are using Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host the data. On top of that, our developers have used advanced world class technology that fully encrypts the data so that even if it were to be a data breach, the hacker would not be able to get any specific or sensitive data about your baby.

1. Open the BeckyAI APP
2. Select and click the "Mine"
3. Click the “settings”.
4. Click the “Device Information”.
5. Click the “Firmware update”.
6. Click the “Upgrade”. When the update is complete, you will hear "Hello, connect success".
Note: During the update, please keep the network open and do not close the BeckyAI app.
Installation
You can download it by scanning the QR code on the product package, or you can find it by searching in the app store.
The indicator light is blue. It blinks when it is not bound to APP status. It will be always on after binding successfully.
Wall mounted; tripod; flush.
Control and operate the device by Beckyai APP.
BeckyAI Insights relies on the default camera angle in order to provide the most accurate data, so depending on where the camera is mounted, Insights data may not be fully accurate.
Bracket can be adjusted vertically.

Adding Devices
Sorry, you can't. Please try to use other cell phone numbers and email addresses to apply for registration.
Each camera requires a subscription.
- The Wi-Fi password is incorrectly filled
- The room network signal is unstable or the connection is not 2.4G Wi-Fi.
- The device has been added by another account.
- The device was not reset before adding.
- You did not follow the steps to add the device.
- View the camera images on the app and make sure the entire baby is in the image and in the center.
- After clicking Mine > Rader detection, make sure that the white point is in the scan area.
Device Use
The comforting light is yellow warm light, you can turn it off in mine＞ Camera Settings.
When the camera is in night vision infrared mode, the power consumption will increase. Heat is normal, please feel free to use.
The device has 2 modes: Normal mode & Smart mode. Normal mode records all day. Smart mode only records baby's video.The maximum support for 256G memory card. Smart mode 1G per day, normal mode 2G per day.
Loop video and will automatically overwrite previous files.
When the power comes back on, the camera will automatically come online and work normally.
The camera supports the two-way intercom.
You can’t. The shell is not waterproof.
- Smart phones can not control the device.
- The camera works normally and the SD card recording works normally. After the network is restored, you can view the video normally.
- Smart phones can not receive the alarm push message

There is no web side and client side access to the camera.

- Babies in the mouth and nose covered, abnormal heart rate, crying, the buzzer’s red light will flash rapidly and make a buzzing sound for one minute.
- When low battery, the red light flashes slowly
- The buzzer factory has been configured
- The buzzer can be used when the camera is not external network
- Heart rate monitoring is valid when the baby is sleeping and in a stable state. (Heart rate monitoring is not accurate when the baby is moving, such as crawling.) It is recommended to monitor the heart rate/breathing when the baby is calm.
- No high-powered electrical appliances around the crib, such as microwave ovens, etc.
BeckyAI work require a power and network environment.

The APP does not have the mirroring function.
You do require a mobile device in order to view the video feed, but once you have access, anyone you give access to can view the live feed simultaneously.
The Beckyai application can display notifications based on sound events within the vicinity of your camera, and the sensitivity for these notifications can be changed by the preferred level on the APP setting.
It will flash itself looking for a network to connect to but it does not send sound alerts to the phones.
We follow strict regulation of security and privacy. Users can not blind the camera or get video if the registration region doses not match the actual use region. In the first time blinding，device will be assigned a fixed region of use also. If move this device to other country，camera may not work properly.
The BeckyAI camera only works with a 2.4 GHz connection and currently not working with 5 GHz frequencies.
Don't be alarmed when the device heats up during prolonged use. At night, the invisible IR light is always on. The light generates heat just like your lamps and bulbs. The temperature on the camera side is about 40 C, which is within the very safe range even when used for long hours.
